These meticulously crafted Dual living home Designs are aimed specifically for where the owners needs to live in a traditional house design that doesn’t feel like an investment property or strata development. Dual living designs (or dual-family) have larger room sizes, and typically have a lounge or theatre room creating two independent zones. The Bathroom and Kitchens are around 10% to 30% larger than our traditional investor driven (Dual key) designs. The Garage, hallways, bedrooms and family areas, even door widths are increased. The second living area (under the main roof) is a far-far cheaper alternative than building a second free-standing granny flat in the back yard.

Our Double Storey plans are a great way to create a dual living area when there is limited space on your block. These designs can accommodate immediate family where a separate granny flat cannot be constructed in the back yard. The staircase can be fully independent from within a two way lockable entry or direct access outside of the home!
