Services & Prices

 Because we are independent of any builder, Dual Income Plus offers a number of services that you will not see with a typical construction. We can offer a free design service with our group of highly prized builders (Builder direct) or we can supply a "copy-write" free plan (that can be shopped around) the choice is yours!

Copy-write free design service means we draw you a plan (independent of any builder) and grant you a licence to use that plan. You can then shop your plan to your favorite Perth builders for quotes. We can help in builder recommendations/quotes & specification checks!

Copy-Write Free Design Service Includes -

(*Qualified Customers only)

 

  1. Initial Cost feasibility to establish house size

  2. Design Wish-List check

  3. Scaled 1 to 100 design

  4. Areas and Perimeter noted on plan so it can be quoted

  5. Multiple changes/Redesign allowed (we want the design right too!)

*Design Price from $2000 (includes GST)

*Note - if you go to 3 builders (even with the same ideas) it is still near impossible to compare builder specification and prices. By supplying the one design to 3 builders it pins the builders to your plan and construction method and makes the decision making process easy!

Design, Quote and Build with our Selected Builders

As we are large supplier of business to the building industry, we are able to offer a multitude of builders to select from! We have 6 of the top 10 builders in Perth to select from, and over 40 builders in total. We deal direct with the Sales Manager just like a regular Building Consultant. We project manage your home through the builder and shire until all approvals are in place so your construction can start!

 

  1. We are always your first point of contact all the way through!

  2. All meetings are held at the selected builders office so we can show the correct specification and expectations

  3. We have out of hours access to builders display homes

Design + Quote + Build includes -

 

  • Design Brief meeting to discuss your ideas/target budget

  • Initial/expected cost feasibility

  • Initial Design Sketch (from the selected builder(s)

  • Sketch Revisions

  • Quotation(s)

  • Initial Sign up paperwork (preparation of plans agreement) Deposit req 3%

  • Planning drawing paperwork checked before submitting to Shire

  • Project management through the council

  • Working drawings checked for accuracy

  • Contracts checked for accuracy

  • We sign contracts with you

  • We confirm pre-start and colour selection and trouble shooting

  • We are available for construction queries

  • We are available for onsite meetings with the building supervisor
