About the Owner!
I started my Career at Dale Alcock Homes in the mid 90,s. During this time I won West Australian Housing Industry Association's, State Sales Award. I then went on to manage a medium sized property development group as General Manager achieving 33 completed large scale Multi-Unit developments.
I was then offered a Sales and Marketing Management role with a large scale High Rise Developer. At this time I lost contact with what I love, - getting face to face with my Clients some whom are now dear friends.
For the past 9 years I have made myself a Unit Development & Construction expert. Some of the developments I have mapped out and been heavily involved with, have Won HIA awards for "Best development" and then been selected to represent WA in National Awards. My passion is Housing design, Construction and a Happy Customer who returns to Build again.

With Negative gearing nearing an end or heading towards possible changes, traditional investments have to produce more efficient results. Combined with an ageing population and more demand for greater single accommodation, Dual Occupancy design and construction is the natural answer.
We have over 30 years’ experience in creating and building solid investment properties. We are a conduit to a dedicated source of specialty design and construction results rarely seen or offered within the Perth Building Industry.
